2nd, Rise wasn't there in any significant way, because you also lack the KILLS on your killboard from those engagements.
3rd, check Finfleet on the other hand, they have tons of losses.

A quick glance on Rise's future can be seen on TCF's killboard (friday, saturday, sunday).
I told 10000 times that they shouldn't had come there. They said "we fear nobody, moronic frog". Okay, no problems. Anyway, I'd love to be at this point og the conflict, we are not even close of it. It's still an hypothesis, but I hope so much...

Uhohuhohuhoh drama police update :)
I found the thread in question and I should apologize (or somebody will surely tell me to, soon :) ). There was no "frog" word or "moron" word in the thread I was refering to, which is there.
I was called a frog and a moron at about the same period of time, in different threads too so I may be the moronic frog I was referring about :)
Anyway, I have about the same point of vue in this thread as now, which there was no point to settle there, if (I'm not James 54564563) Rise and TCF are to meet daily. If this, I'll hope it'll be fun for both of our Alliances. Anyway it is for now, it should be if we are to be neighboors (damn %$@ english word, try to spell it correctly).

Outbreak has always been about getting fights and having fun. We set-up somewhere and fight as much as we can. Sometimes we get fleet fights, sometimes we don't. We roam, we use Caps... whatever gets the blood pumping. As far as I am aware Outbreak is made up of pretty much exactly the same members as it was a year ago, along with some welcome new arrivals.
We get great fights regardless; it's a shame I missed this fight yesterday:

Somebody calculated your % of the coalition kills vs the % of the alliance kills.
It's something like 95% (I think something like 99,96% in july).
Don't say you have no side in this conflict, we simply can't beleive Outbreak now.
